The water-swellable packer is capable of swelling in both monovalent and divalent cation brines. 
Polymer material can swell in water or oil, liquid hydrocarbon or water molecule get into high - polymer structure to make the rubber swell continuously to seal casing (tubing) annulus. It mainly used in well completion in sections, seal water layer, layer injection or production, openhole cementation and completion, intelligent completion, auxiliary completion, anti-sand and so on. It can be used widely and instead of usual external casing packers to effectively control liquid flow, reduce flooding, produce by layers,improve production, reduce develop cost.
  After the rubber get into shape, vulcanize and splice it on central pipe of all sizes.Both ends are fixed by exclusive equipment to protect axial pressure resistance. Its OD and length can be adjusted according to the well condition, operation environment
and other special situations.
