Audited Supplier The dissolvable magnesium alloy bridge plug uses the uniquely efficient filtration, temperature and and pressure-management capabilities of custom-optimized magnesium alloy compounds to maintain anchoring and structural integrity for high pressure applications in challenging extraction settings.
The dissolvable bridge plug can be set by conventional wireline or hydraulic setting tools. When use the plug, a dissolvable frac ball will be dropped and chased down to seal the interval, then frac operation can proceed. For complete application flexibility, the dissolving rate can be customized on a case by case basis and designed based on the operational requirements.
Features:
1. After dissolution, the wellbore forms a full diameter, and production logging can be performed in the later stage of production;
2. The pressure-bearing composition of high-strength soluble metal can reach 70Mpa to meet the sealing requirements of fracturing construction;
3. Completely eliminate the risks caused by coiled tubing drilling and grinding, saving construction time and cost;
4. The running-in method is the same as the conventional compound bridge plug, and the standard Baker & Irving hydraulic setting tool is used;
5. The material can be easily drilled and polished, the time is about 20 minutes / only;
