 The crossover sub is the basic component in downhole work. It is used to crossover from one connection size to another. 
Types: drill string cross-over sub and tubing Cross-over sub
Drilling string sub is made of high-strength alloy constructional steel and processed by heat treatment. Its structure is suitable to the connected drilling string and the sub connections at the both ends are up to API standard. It is mainly used for conversion and connection of the drilling string components in oil, natural gas operation.

the tubing crossover is used to connecting different size tubing. There are three types such as pin*pin, pin*box, box*box.
A short subassembly used to enable two components with different thread types or sizes to be connected.
 
The connections of the Subs are available in the following types of configurations:

1. Pin-Pin.
2. Box-Box.
3. Box-Pin.

A Pin (male) * Box (female); B Pin (male) * Pin (male); C Box (female) * Box (female)
And we can design and manufacture special types of subs to satisfy clients' ideas or drawings . 
A type is straight OD sub, B type is reduced section sub, C type is left hand.
