Audited Supplier Polished rod stuffing box is made up of cross shell, seal gate valves, sealing pin, sealing cap, rubber packing, etc. The bottom could be connected in thread, flange, clamp. The device could reduce the wear of the polished rod, increase oil recovery.
(1) Before installation, user shall inspect the device comprehensively and clean it.
(2) Pay attention to the size of polished rod is conform to the valve specifications.
(3) When installation, adjust seal compression force till not leak. If the force is too big, the service lift will decrease.
(4) Every time adjust the force, user shall adjust in tiny range.
