After the HDPE treatment, a thick layer of precipitation is formed on the inner wall of normal tubing, the thickness goes up to 2.5 mm (left picture). Very little scaling is found on the inner wall of the HDPE lined tubing (right picture).

QUALITY CONTROL: 
1. Inspect the tubing thread and tubing body according to API 5CT.
2. Inspect if the end is full and the flare is within the standard.
