 Dissolvable alloys are essential materials that have been formulated to provide high corrosion rates in a controlled manner. This material is widely used in construction and manufacturing.

We developed a variety of self-owned, multi-purpose soluble magnesium alloy rods (soluble magnesium alloy rods). The soluble rods are composed of magnesium matrix and other alloying elements. Pressure resistance, temperature resistance, and resistance. Technical parameters such as tensile strength and dissolution rate can be customized according to customer requirements. They can be dissolved in aqueous solution containing electrolyte and different liquid environments. The composition is different and the mechanical properties are different. There are many types and different brands available to meet the different needs of customers. The structural member made of a dissolvable magnesium alloy material has high solubility and plasticity in addition to good solubility.

Features

1. Each component in the bridge plug is fully melted within the specified time range without any residue;
2. There is one and only one sealing barrel; the inner diameter is concave, which closely matches the wellbore and is sealed 360 degrees;
3. The length is short, the pumping speed is fast, and the sectional construction period is shortened;
4. Simple structure, convenient assembly, saving a lot of manpower and time;
5. All dissolved, the longest time is not more than 7-12 days to achieve unsealing, even if the setting fails, the cost of drilling and grinding will be omitted;
