Heavy-duty packer cups: Specifically designed and heat-treated for maximum durability and stability, these packer oilfield cups are ideal for use in washing wells and other applications requiring continuous working of the cup. Thanks to their double-basket design, they're more resistant than other packer cups to high-pressure applications. Also available are complete heavy-duty packer cup units.
All-rubber packer cups: We make these packer cups from high-quality, abrasion-resistant rubber compounds that reduce the impact of wear and tear. Without any wiring or metal in the cup, all-rubber cups are more flexible that other types.
Our rubbers are available in various sizes right from a 2-7/8″ tubing through a 13-5/8″ casing and more. Specific sizes / designs can be developed based on your requirements.
Features of the rubber:
1 ) Able to sustain High Pressure and High Temperature.
2 ) Are proven in reliability.
3) Available in a wide range of sizes.
4 ) Pressure Tested for your requirements and at temperatures of 150ºC (302ºF)
