Product Description

the gas anchor is used in oil well with high gas-oil ratio so as to reduce the influence of gas on pump efficiency.The grit gas anchor the new structure is simple and reliable, using the principle of separation of spiral separator and slippage effect, so that the flow to achieve a two-stage separation process results in the inner tube of the cycle, and avoid flushing fluid poured from the formation during cleanout to reservoir protection.

Working principle:The oil-gas mixture runs along the helix outside of helical separation part of the gas anchor and gets discharged on the ground by pump through the annular space of the upper outer tube and gas-collecting hook. The gas flow gathers around the helix inside,forms a "gas cap" in gas hood, pushes the check valve open and gets discharged through the exhaust vent.
USAGE : 
Be suitable for  gas oil ratio >50m³/t, sand content  <3.5%

1, the gas anchor connected with pump , to work togther into the oil well
2, gas anchor usually be connected with liner pipe about  100-200 meters , it can adjust the length of the liner pipe accoring to the sand situation
