Technical :

The rubber tube adopts a double-layer rubber tube and steel net structure, which effectively improves the pressure resistance of the rubber sleeve, and can equality expand during the compression of the rubber sleeve, and improve the durability of the rubber sleeve to extend the service life. Due to the double-layer rubber sleeve and steel net structure design, the liner tube can still play a sealing role in the case of minor damage to the outer sleeve, thereby effectively improving the reliability of the sleeve seal.

The self-sealing structure of the sleeve is used to maintain the pressure of the inner cavity of the sleeve when the injection is stopped, so that the sleeve is in a sealed state and achieves the purpose of preventing channeling between layers.

Wedging pressure relief mechanism is adopted, while pushing the washing well pressure piston pressure at 3Mpa piston downward, open the pressure relief channel, make restitution to the sleevel to reach the purpose of well washing

The tool must be carefully inepected  before entering the well  to ensure that the tool is in good condition, inspect the items as follows: ends of the thread connect well, the surface of tool shall not have a permanent deformation after  collision.

Before the packer entering the well , it must check if the casing has any deformation or damage. pigging to under the seat position .Wash well and clean the wall to ensure the well is well and then make the packer into well
