A key material used by the thermal packer is a thermo-sensitive metal, and the thermo-sensitive metal material is composed of two different constituent layers, a high-expansion layer and a low-expansion layer. When the temperature rises, the heat expansion coefficient of the two component layers is different, forcing the plate itself to deform and generate deformation force. After the packer enters the designated position in the well, when the hot steam is injected, the thermo-sensitive metal starts to move due to the temperature increase. When the temperature reaches 200° C., the thermo-sensitive metal part can push the sealant barrel to expand until it is in line with the inner wall of the casing. After the contact was established, preliminary sealing was achieved. After the preliminary sealing, the upper and lower ends of the packer inside the casing formed a pressure difference, and the thermal vapor of the balanced air vents continued to push the expansion of the sealing cylinder to achieve automatic seat sealing. The sealing force at this time is the combined force of the thermo-sensitive metal parts and the injected steam pressure. Since the steam injection pressure plays a complementary role to the seat seal, the greater the steam injection pressure, the greater the sealing pressure, and the durability and reliability of the seal. After the seat is sealed, the steam at the lower end of the packer acts on the part 5. Move it upwards to prevent the sealant cartridge from coming out of the pressure ring and compress the cartridge to improve the seal. In the premise of the thread sealing of the steam injection string, the upper sleeve pressure of the packer can be guaranteed to be zero. After the injection of steam is stopped, the sealant cartridge is automatically recovered and the seal is released, and the next operation can be performed. Due to the complete recovery of the sealant cartridge, the packer will not be stuck when lifted after unpacking.
