Slotted pipes effectively filter out the sand and other contaminants from the oil that is produced.Slotted pipes are used to filter more than 98 percent of the sand out while the well is being pumped.We offers a wide range of choices, enabling our customers to determine the most effective slot arrangement for them.
At a high production rate, slotted pipe is milled under close tolerances, resulting in clean openings and consistent slot width throughout the entire pipe.Before slotted pipe is delivered to our customers, all threads and couplings are thoroughly cleaned and lubricated, and the pipe interior is free of burrs or loose metal chips.Our factory is specialized in producing laser slotted screen pipe used for petroleum. It can prevent 99% sand, decrese 80% of oil well heavy repair and increse the oil well's strength , integrality and stability of keeping off sand. Although its strcture is simple ,it is very effective.It has small cuts of 0.10-0.5mm in the tube wall.
Our factory newly brings in high power optical laser, which is the most advanced specialized laser slotted processing equipment in China. Laser incision can cut very small cuts with smooth surface and high precision.
