Cup packer is a kind of self-sealing packer , which relies mainly on the interference contact between cup and casing to make annular space between tubing and casing pipe.Since the cup packer itself has no slip , so it has a good safety and high reliability.Moreover ,there is no damage to the casing pipe.

Features:
1.the structure of the cup packer is simple , it is easy to operate, reliable sealing and no anchoring mechanism .It can be used in vertical wells , deflecting wells and horizontal wells.

2.The cup of the product can be fixed at the opposite direction( hold the pressure from two directions) or fixed in the same direction(up or down).cup can be fixed in any direction and it is easy to assemble
 

 

Operation guide
1. Check the Equipment:
The equipment must be inspected before down to hole. Make sure the equipment is in good condition. The inspection steps include:
(1) The threads on both ends must be in good condition.
(2) There's no permanent deformation resulted from crash.
(3)The rubber shall not be damaged
(4) All anti-loose pin must be tightened up. And should not bulge out the equipment to surface.
2,Note for install down hole tools:
1.The tubing should be passed by standard drift gauge :Before the tools are taken to the down hole, should drift the tubing, measure, number them, and record them. The length of drift gauge need to be longer than 0.5m.
