Product Description

SM  SUCKER ROD COUPLING 

Sucker Rod Coupling is a joint for Sucker rod, used in oil well downhole for oil pumping and Production. Sucker rod couplings are manufactured from high quality Alloy Steel AISI 5140, fully in accordance with API Spec 11B standard, including class SM coupling, class T coupling, Sub coupling, Full Size, Slim Hole and Over Size, and the thread size are available at 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", 1" and 1 1/8".

Class T and Class SM coupling for sucker rods are manufactured as per API Specification 11B. For the thread cutting, the Company is using cold form rolled by displacing rather than by removing of material for making the coupling thread. The thread rolling cutting results in a compressive stress at the root of the thread, giving maximum strength to the traditional weak point of cut-thread couplings.
