Audited Supplier There are different kinds of drill collars,including round drill collar,spiral drill collar,non-magnetic drill collar,square drill collar and so on.Ordinary drill collar is the circular cross section, the center has a water hole,the wall thickness is larger,the nozzle is smaller, the weight of per unit length is greater than the size of drill pipe almost 4- 5 times .The majority of drill collar is thread processing directly on the pipe body , but some of them also use the replaced joint.
Non-magnetic drill collars have unusual design requirements, and as a result pose unique problems of corrosion resistance. Drill collars are the bottom components in a drill string, where their weight generates the force on the drill bit allowing it to drill and their stiffness allows the force to be transmitted without buckling. Conventional drill collars are made of alloy steel, like the rest of the drill string, and their corrosion usually poses no problems except to their threaded connections. A typical drill collar is 30 feet long and 4 to 9 inches in diameter.

5. Inspection&Test: When producing, traceability are maintained from the receipt of raw material to completion of final products, and serial numbers are die-stamped on each workpiece body. During each manufacturing process, inspection and test are performed.
