Product Description

The Dynamic Torque Anchor   has been developed to provide a simple and reliable solution for tubing back‐ off when progressing cavity pumps are used.  The unique patented design allows for easy running and retrieval in a variety of downhole conditions in deep wells , horizontal wells, heavy oil
The DTA uses wedge shaped anchoring blocks which bite into the casing wall when right hand torque is generated in the tubing string.  

 

 How to use
1 Using suitable anchor according to size of casing, connect at the bottom of pump stator.
2 Running direction: BOX thread UP, PIN thread DOWN, fasten tight.
3Running pump stator at designed depth, rotate clockwise with
torque of 400N·M,then fix the tubing string with wellhead, anchoring completed.
