Polished rods are designed for connecting sucker rod strings to beam pumping units via polished rod packing. The rods are round cross-section bars.
Three types of polished rods are available: conventional grade D polished rod, one end diameter enlarged polished rod and high-strength, long stroke, corrosion resistant polished rod.

 

All the polished rods are made of quality alloy steel and machined by using the advanced machining technology with high strength, smooth surface and long service life. 

High tensile strength.
 
• Polished rods are mainly used for the connection of pumping units and rod strings in oil wells.
 
• Ordinary D grade polished rods are not suitable for highly corrosive environments.
 
• Corrosion-resistant polished rods are used to pump crude oil in deep wells, large displacement wells, heavy oil wells and highly corrosive wells.
 
• Can be used with sucker rods and hollow sucker rods.
 
• Solid and hollow structure to meet different requirements
