The Double Sealed Rod Pump applies the combination of mechanical seal and cup seal.(There are three combinations: both seal are on the top of the pump barrel, both seal are at the bottom of the pump barrel, and both seal are distributed at both ends of the pump barrel), which greatly improves the sealing between the pump and the seating, and extend the service life on one hand; and guarantees the reliability of cycle operations on the other hand.
We can supply barrel with thin-wall, thick-wall, medium-thick-wall and ultra-thick-wall to the customers. The base material of the barrel is made from high-quality carbon steel, alloy steel and naval brass. The surface of inner bore can be carburized, nitrided, chrome plated, nickel carbide plated and nickel phosphorus plated.
2. Nitrided Barrel: The nitrided layer has good hardness, wear resistance and excellent corrosion resistance. It is suitable for the well with strong abrasion and wear.
