Application :
Y341 series packers are mainly used for injection of water wells (and recovery of oil wells)

Principle:
After the tool going to the design depth, inject liquid into the tubing (measured liquid level), when the pressure reaches 8-20Mpa, (process is slow, pressure is 3-5Mpa, 8 -10 Mpa, 13-15Mpa, 18-20Mpa, interval 3-5 minutes each time). The seated plunger compressed the rubber , the rubber expand ,it forms an annular space for pipe string
Because the packer has a one-way locking device, after releasing , the packer will not released  by itself , and the liquid is injected into the annular space of the pipe  string . When the hydraulic pressure reaches 2-3Mpa, the well flushing plunger is opened. Continue to inject liquids to well flushing. Lift the pipe string and lower to  make the packer released

Caution : 
1,After assembly and testing pressure , it can use in the well 
2,Before packer used in the well , it need to inspect carefully 
3,Casing must be scraped, well-passed, well -flushed . Make sure that the packer can seat well
4,Downhole tools and tubing threads are tightly connected . No leakage is allowed. The drilling operation is stable and the speed is controlled slowly at 20/hour. It is strictly prohibited to stop drilling  to avoid packer setting or released 
5,when setting , the pressure should be slowly to make setting reliable 
6, When the well is flushed during normal water injection, it should be washed slowly from lower pressure to higher, the pressure should be hold stable. The maximum value should not exceed 6Mpa. After the well is qualified, the water can be injected normally.
